Sales Development Representative – Remote

About the role

Join Employment Hero’s ANZ sales team as an Inbound Sales Development Representative. Working remotely from anywhere in Australia, you will help generate qualified leads and drive revenue growth for our all‑in‑one employment platform.

Key responsibilities

• Qualify inbound leads against the ideal customer profile and book high‑quality meetings for Account Executives.
• Consistently meet monthly activity targets for qualified opportunities.
• Respond to inbound inquiries quickly to maximise conversion rates.
• Maintain accurate CRM records to support forecasting and decision‑making.
• Conduct discovery calls, perform account research, and identify key decision‑makers.
• Route promising opportunities to the appropriate sales reps and assist with online demos when needed.

Required profile

• Based in Australia and comfortable working in a fully remote environment.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Self‑motivated with a high degree of autonomy.
