Sales Development Representative - Japanese Speaker

About the role

memoryBlue is a fast‑growing B2B tech sales development consultancy looking for a Japanese‑speaking Sales Development Representative. You will join a remote team in Australia, generating new business and nurturing existing accounts through outbound prospecting and relationship building.

Key responsibilities

• Make 50‑70 outbound calls daily to set appointments on behalf of our clients.
• Manage accounts and develop strong client relationships.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly lead‑generation targets.
• Continuously prospect using LinkedIn, Discover.org and other data sources.
• Utilise email and social‑media platforms to book meetings with qualified prospects.

Required profile

• Fluent in Japanese and English.
• Proven B2B sales experience.
• Strong written, verbal and phone communication skills.
• Metrics‑driven, goal‑oriented and able to organise and prioritise workload.
