Sales Development Representative

About the role

Prospa helps small businesses grow by connecting them with funding solutions. As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be the first point of contact for business owners and play a key role in linking them with the right funding. The advertised package is $95K OTE ($65K base + $30K commission) plus accelerators.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with prospective, existing and former customers by phone, email and SMS.
• Build relationships with small business owners and uncover funding opportunities.
• Qualify leads and connect customers with the right solutions.
• Work towards individual and team targets in a supportive, high-performing environment.
• Continuously develop your sales skills through coaching and development.

Required profile

• No years of sales experience required; energy, resilience and a genuine desire to build a sales career are valued.
• Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, contact centres or sales is an advantage.
• Enjoys talking to people, working towards goals and being motivated by incentives.
• Coachable, curious and eager to learn.
