Sales Development Representative

About the role

The Sales Development Representative will drive outbound prospecting to generate qualified meetings with enterprise C‑level and senior IT/Operations executives, focusing on AI‑powered workflow automation solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Execute multi‑channel outbound campaigns (phone, email, LinkedIn, video) to secure qualified meetings.
• Research and map complex enterprise targets in BFSI and Government, identifying key decision‑makers and pain points.
• Conduct value‑based discovery conversations to position the AI‑SaaS platform.
• Collaborate with Account Executives and Marketing to ensure seamless handoffs and targeted ABM campaigns.
• Maintain CRM data integrity in HubSpot/Salesforce and track engagement metrics.
• Contribute to building and refining outbound playbooks, sequences and objection‑handling scripts.

Required profile

• 12–24 months BDR/SDR experience in B2B SaaS or tech, preferably with workflow automation or AI solutions.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding qualified meeting/pipeline quotas.
• Resilient mindset with ability to handle rejection and continuously improve outreach.
• Comfort navigating complex organisational structures and speaking to enterprise stakeholders.

Required skills

• Salesforce or HubSpot CRM.
• Sales engagement tools such as Salesloft or Outreach.
• Prospecting tools like ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
