About the role
Join Business AI as a Sales Development Representative and work with warm, high‑intent leads to drive AI‑focused growth for Australian businesses. This full‑time position offers flexible working arrangements and a clear path to higher‑ticket sales roles.
Key responsibilities
- Speak with warm leads, understand their needs and book quality appointments for AI Growth Partners and Consultants.
- Follow up leads generated from events, webinars and campaigns.
- Re‑engage past prospects and identify new sales opportunities.
- Maintain an up‑to‑date CRM system.
- Use AI‑powered tools to prioritize leads and improve call effectiveness.
- Achieve targets for calls, bookings and show‑rates.
- Participate in coaching sessions and call reviews.
Required profile
- 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, SDR or a similar role.
- Confident on the phone with strong rapport‑building abilities.
- Target‑driven, competitive and eager to succeed.
- Coachable, organised and comfortable using technology.
- Interest in AI and a desire to build a long‑term sales career.
