Sales Development Representative

About the role

Join Huntress as a Sales Development Representative and help expand our presence in the Australian market. You will identify new accounts and engage qualified prospects to set up meetings for the Account Executive team, handling both outbound cold calls and inbound opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Create new business opportunities through a mix of outbound and inbound leads to fuel growth in Australia.
• Engage Managed Service Providers (MSPs) via phone, email, and other channels to understand challenges and propose solutions.
• Collaborate with sales management to develop targeted lists, call strategies, and messaging.
• Conduct a high volume of calls (50+ per day) and activities to book qualified meetings for the AE team.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and keep leads and accounts up to date.

Required profile

• Enjoy working in a fast‑paced, collaborative and competitive environment.
• Strong communicator with active listening skills and comfortable making high‑volume calls.
• Passionate about helping customers solve problems through product offerings.
• Team player, coachable, self‑motivated and able to work independently.
