Sales Development Representative

About the role

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new opportunities through inbound and outbound outreach.
• Qualify leads, initiate conversations and nurture relationships to build a healthy sales pipeline.
• Develop proposals, pitches and commercial presentations for prospective clients.
• Manage multiple opportunities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Utilise CRM platforms to track activity, forecast pipeline and report on performance.

Required profile

• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
• Strong new‑business development skills with confidence to generate opportunities.
• Exceptional relationship‑building and communication abilities.
• Proactive, self‑motivated attitude and genuine passion for closing deals.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to spot growth opportunities.

Required skills

• Experience using CRM platforms to manage pipelines and forecast activity.
