Sales Development Representative, APAC

About the role

Cresta is a unified AI platform combining conversational AI agents, real-time human agent augmentation and conversation intelligence, used by companies such as United Airlines, Cox Communications and Marriott. As a Sales Development Representative in APAC, you will build the sales pipeline through outbound prospecting and inbound qualification across APAC markets, generating qualified leads that lead to new business. The role is based in Melbourne, Australia.

Key responsibilities

• Grow the customer list through personalized emails, calls and social media outreach across APAC markets
• Write compelling messaging to engage targeted accounts
• Work with Sales and Marketing to plan and run outreach campaigns that drive revenue growth
• Analyze market research data and develop strategies to raise awareness and generate interest
• Create and prioritize target account and contact lists
• Partner with account executives to generate meetings and pipeline, and hold high-level conversations with prospects' executives
• Achieve monthly quotas for meetings, qualified opportunities and pipeline
• Help draft sales pitches, presentations and reference materials

Required profile

• 6+ months of prior sales experience (software/high-tech preferred)
• Based in Melbourne, Australia, with full working rights in Australia
• Experience working with or selling into APAC markets preferred
• Ability to work in a time-sensitive, high-volume environment
• Prior customer-facing experience in sales, hospitality, retail, contact centers or high-performance environments is a plus
