Enterprise Account Executive, APAC

About the role

Cresta is a unified AI platform combining conversational AI agents, real-time human agent augmentation and conversation intelligence, used by companies such as United Airlines, Cox Communications and Marriott. As a founding Enterprise Account Executive you will focus on some of the largest F1000 companies in APAC, working on big strategic deals. You will identify how Cresta creates value for customers, build relationships with key executives and evangelise AI technology. You will also help define the sales process, take part in regional expansion strategy and build the APAC region, starting with success in Australia.

Key responsibilities

• Own the sales experience and build and manage relationships with key decision-makers and executives
• Run complex sales cycles from initial contact to close
• Prospect for new clients, design product presentations and business cases, develop and deliver proposals, negotiate and close contracts
• Build a deep understanding of the Cresta product, the Contact Center market, its competitive differentiators and customers' needs
• Partner with Product, Marketing, Customer Success and Engineering to deliver an exceptional customer experience
• Own and hit your sales targets

Required profile

• 5+ years of SaaS software sales experience at enterprise level, with a track record of meeting sales quotas
• Experience negotiating, structuring and executing complex enterprise-level agreements
• Prior experience leading cross-functional teams through large deal close processes
• Ability to articulate contractual, technical and financial value points to customers, including C-level executives
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience presenting to C-level executives
• Able to be in Melbourne easily, often at short notice, and able to travel domestically and internationally up to around 25% of the time
