Sales Development Representative (APAC)

About the role

Traild is a fast‑growing SaaS company that helps finance teams automate and secure B2B transactions. We are expanding our APAC sales development team and are looking for an outbound Sales Development Representative based in Australia. The role will focus on generating qualified pipeline for our Account Executives across direct and ERP partner channels.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect target accounts across the APAC region through outbound outreach.
• Engage prospects via email, phone and social platforms, both through direct and partner pathways.
• Qualify inbound leads, book high‑quality meetings and hand them over to Account Executives.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM and provide regular activity reports.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to refine lead‑generation tactics.
• Stay informed on ERP/AP trends and Traild’s product roadmap.
• Consistently meet or exceed targets for qualified meetings and demos.

Required profile

• 1+ year of experience in outbound B2B sales or lead generation, preferably in SaaS.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, coachable attitude.
• Ability to work independently and manage a high‑volume outreach cadence.
• Comfortable collaborating across time zones and supporting team onboarding.

Required skills

• Experience with outbound prospecting tools and techniques.
• Proficiency in using a CRM system to track activities and pipeline.
• Basic understanding of ERP or finance‑related software ecosystems.
