Sales Coordinator – Travel, Tourism, Medical & Government

About the role

TransPerfect is seeking an enthusiastic Sales Coordinator to join its Sydney team. You will focus on generating new business opportunities across travel, tourism, medical and government verticals while supporting existing client accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell TransPerfect’s GlobalLink localisation and Translation Management System (TMS) to new and existing clients.
• Generate leads through cold‑calling, email outreach, networking, trade shows and industry events.
• Provide first‑level client support and coordinate expectations with the Production Management Team.
• Identify, qualify and close sales opportunities in partnership with Sales Management.
• Educate clients on TransPerfect services and manage pricing and contractual matters.
• Research client industries to uncover additional business opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Strong problem‑solving ability and a service‑focused mindset.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment and work collaboratively with diverse teams.
• Commitment to respect and professionalism with clients, colleagues and partners.

Required skills

• Experience with GlobalLink localisation platform or similar Translation Management Systems.
