Sales Consultant - Utilities

About the role

Join Compare Club to help Australians save on their energy and utility bills. You’ll work with warm leads, guide customers through options and close deals in a supportive, high‑energy office environment.

Key responsibilities

• Call customers who have expressed interest in saving on utility bills.
• Understand their needs and recommend the best plan or provider.
• Handle objections confidently (training provided).
• Achieve daily conversion and quality targets.
• Participate in ongoing coaching, role‑plays and feedback sessions.

Required profile

• At least 6 months of experience in a customer‑facing or sales role (retail, call centre, etc.).
• Confident on the phone, motivated by closing deals and beating targets.
• Team player seeking a long‑term career, available full‑time onsite.
