Sales Consultant - Southern Highlands

About the role

Clarendon Homes is seeking a motivated, customer-centred Sales Consultant for its display centre in the Southern Highlands. The display is described as busy and high-performing, with strong enquiry levels, premium product demand and long-term growth across house and land and acreage sales. The position is full time.

Key responsibilities

• Represent Clarendon Homes at the display centre.
• Manage the full customer journey from enquiry through to signed contract.
• Work with greenfield, house and land, acreage and knockdown rebuild customers.
• Build strong customer relationships and deliver a premium sales experience.
• Present home designs, inclusions and upgrade options confidently.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets in a high-demand environment.

Required profile

• Proven experience in residential sales, preferably new home sales.
• Previous experience within a project home builder is highly regarded.
• A strong understanding of the Southern Highlands market is preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation and closing skills.
• Results-driven, organised and self-motivated, with a professional, customer-first approach.
• Able to thrive in a busy, high-performing display environment; weekend work is essential.
