Sales Consultant - Residential New Homes

About the role

Clarendon Homes is seeking an experienced Sales Consultant for its Bridgeman Downs display centre, one of South East Queensland's busiest locations. The centre handles enquiries from across Brisbane and offers strong knockdown rebuild activity, with a brand-new display centre and dedicated marketing support.

Key responsibilities

• Represent Clarendon Homes at the Bridgeman Downs display centre
• Manage the full customer journey from enquiry through to signed contract
• Work with both greenfield and knockdown rebuild customers
• Build strong customer relationships and deliver a premium sales experience
• Present home designs, inclusions and upgrade options
• Achieve and exceed sales targets in a high-demand environment

Required profile

• Proven experience in residential new home sales
• Previous knockdown rebuild sales experience highly regarded
• Strong understanding of the Brisbane market preferred
• Excellent communication, presentation and closing skills
• Results-driven, organised and self-motivated, with a professional, customer-first approach
• Able to thrive in a busy, high-performing display environment
