About the role

Clarendon Homes is seeking an experienced Sales Consultant to join its team at Springfield Rise, a destination display village in South-East Queensland. The display centre has strong enquiry levels and showcases two popular, high-demand homes in a prominent position within the village, in a high-growth corridor with sustained buyer demand.

Key responsibilities

• Represent Clarendon Homes at the Springfield Rise display centre.
• Manage the full customer journey from initial enquiry to signed contract.
• Build strong relationships and guide customers through the home-building process.
• Present home designs, inclusions and upgrade options confidently.
• Deliver a premium customer experience while achieving sales targets.

Required profile

• Experience in residential home sales or a related sales role.
• Strong communication, presentation and closing skills.
• Results-driven, organised and self-motivated, with a professional, customer-first approach.
• Desire to build a long-term, high-performing sales career.
• Weekend work is essential.
