BresicWhitney is looking for an authentic and ambitious Sales Associate committed to customer excellence. The role involves finding prospective clients, understanding their criteria, and matching them with living spaces that fit their brief and desires, then negotiating and driving buyers toward suitable opportunities. Key responsibilities

• Prepare information kits for listing presentations and carry out market research
• Prepare for, attend and assist at open homes and auctions
• Manage the administration for a high-performing agent
• Coordinate sales campaigns with vendors, buyers and solicitors
• Manage marketing campaigns and property listings
• Handle diary management and appointment scheduling
• Attend photoshoots, inspections and pre-settlement appointments
• Oversee property presentation and market preparation
• Qualify prospective buyers and develop future business opportunities
• Collaborate with the BresicWhitney sales team across all offices

Required profile

• Sales experience in a real estate capacity is essential
• A current Real Estate Certificate of Registration or License
• Driver's license and a motor vehicle
• Willingness to learn, resilience, excellent attention to detail and time management
