About the role

As a Sales Associate for Christian Dior Couture at Sydney Airport, you will act as a brand ambassador, delivering exceptional client experiences and driving sales while building lasting relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and boutique objectives through effective selling techniques and product knowledge.
• Provide a warm welcome, proactive engagement, and personalized after‑sale service to every client.
• Maintain up‑to‑date client information in the "Be Dior" system and arrange private appointments for key clients.
• Support boutique operations, visual merchandising, and back‑of‑house tasks in line with Dior standards.
• Participate in in‑store and external events to enhance boutique performance and client engagement.

Required profile

• Completion of secondary education or higher.
• 1‑3 years of retail experience; luxury experience preferred but not essential.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and selling skills with a client‑centric mindset.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as a team‑player.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
