Sales Associate - Display Centre

About the role

Campbell Property Group, one of Australia's leading residential construction and property development companies, is looking for a Sales Associate for its Domaine Homes team in Huntlee (Hunter Valley, Newcastle), NSW. The role is the first point of contact for prospective home buyers, guiding them through the display centre experience and providing excellent customer service. It is a full-time position.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers and give a welcoming, informative experience at the display home
• Support the sales team with administrative tasks, including document preparation and record-keeping
• Help with marketing initiatives and promote Domaine Homes' residential products
• Maintain the presentation and professionalism of the display centre and sales office
• Register leads, distribute marketing materials and build relationships with prospective home buyers

Required profile

• Natural communicator with a personable, friendly approach
• Availability to work 5 days a week, including weekends
• Excellent communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude
• Highly energetic, self-motivated and eager to learn
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently, and to thrive in a fast-paced environment
