Sales Assistant – Sneaker Retail

About the role

Hype DC is Accent Group's premium, limited and exclusive sneaker retailer, offering a curated selection of sneakers to customers. It is looking for a Sales Assistant to provide excellent in-store customer service with premium products, working as part of a team to meet sales and KPI targets.

Key responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service in store with premium product
• Work as part of a team to achieve sales and KPI targets
• Process large volumes of stock
• Pick and pack click and dispatch orders
• Help maintain in-store operations, including housekeeping, VM and cleaning
• Maintain a positive, can-do attitude when selling to customers

Required profile

• Previous retail experience preferred but not essential
• A commitment to exceptional customer service and an unforgettable shopping experience
• A passion for streetwear and sneaker culture
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, energetic team
• Self-motivated and willing to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
• Ability to listen to and use feedback constructively
