Join Resmed as a Sleep Coach in our Brisbane clinic, delivering exceptional customer experiences while supporting people on their sleep health journey. This casual position offers flexibility across weekdays and weekends with full training provided.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers, understand their needs and provide tailored sleep solutions.
• Fit customers with masks and equipment after training and maintain trial equipment.
• Achieve individual and clinic sales targets through genuine engagement.
• Manage stock levels, assist with inventory control and ensure store presentation standards.

Required profile

• Retail or customer‑facing sales experience with a passion for helping people.
• Strong listening, communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Positive, collaborative attitude and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Confidence using point‑of‑sale and other technology systems.
• Ability to follow product training and stay up‑to‑date on Resmed solutions.
