Sales Advisor - COS Chadstone, Melbourne

About the role

H&M Group is hiring a full-time Sales Advisor for its COS store at Chadstone in Melbourne. As Sales Advisor, you are the face of the brand, greeting customers and providing high-level service from the moment you start talking to them. You work alongside your team to create welcoming experiences that showcase the brand.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist them throughout the shop, from the cash desk to the fitting rooms and shop floor
• Process deliveries and replenish stock
• Merchandise the latest garments on the shop floor

Required profile

• Customer-focused, with a genuine interest in understanding customers and meeting their expectations
• Proactive, using initiative to deliver a memorable shopping experience
• Curious, seeking ways to improve everyday processes and routines
• Communicative, positive, open-minded, honest and genuine
• Interested in fashion and trends, willing to learn and adapt, and collaborative and inclusive
• Previous customer service experience and familiarity with fabrics are nice to have but not mandatory
