Sales Account Representative - Protective Coatings (QLD)

About the role

Jotun Australia is looking for a driven Sales Representative to join its Marine & Protective Coatings team in Brisbane. The role centres on growing business with key accounts and new opportunities, and building long-term relationships with clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage key accounts and identify new business opportunities
• Create tailored customer plans aligned with client needs and project goals
• Oversee project progress and resolve technical and commercial issues
• Promote coatings through site visits, presentations and follow-ups
• Ensure timely payments and manage outstanding balances
• Answer technical and sales enquiries and introduce new products
• Use Jotun's tools and best practices to meet sales targets
• Prepare proposals and presentations to win new and repeat business

Required profile

• At least 1 year of B2B or field sales experience (more is welcome)
• Knowledge of the local Australian industrial or marine market
• Experience in coatings or related industries is a big plus
• Tertiary qualifications are a bonus
• Full Australian working rights and current residence
