Sales Account Manager – Healthcare

About the role

CardioScan, a fast-growing global diagnostics company, is hiring a Sales Account Manager in Camberwell, Victoria (hybrid). You will own and grow a portfolio of healthcare customers, build trusted partnerships and help expand the company's presence in the healthcare market. The role suits someone who likes relationship-led account management and new business development.

Key responsibilities

• Own and grow a portfolio of healthcare customers, building trusted partnerships
• Identify opportunities to deliver greater value and expand the company's presence in the healthcare market
• Develop new connections and uncover growth opportunities
• Manage your portfolio and work closely with other teams to deliver a great customer experience

Required profile

• Ideally 3+ years' experience in sales, business development and/or account management, with proven success growing existing accounts and winning new business
• Confident prospecting, building a pipeline and spotting upsell, cross-sell and customer growth opportunities
• Natural relationship builder with strong communication skills and stakeholder engagement
• Commercially minded, proactive and able to work autonomously with multiple customers
• Valid driver's licence and access to a vehicle for customer visits

Required skills

• Experience using CRM systems to manage accounts, pipeline and sales activity
