About the role

Key responsibilities

• Lead or support safety systems, processes and compliance, depending on role level.
• Monitor site safety performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Support incident investigation, reporting and corrective actions.
• Coordinate safety inductions, training and toolbox talks.
• Maintain accurate safety records and documentation.
• Identify and escalate safety risks to project and site teams.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in safety, HSEQ or WHS roles.
• Experience within civil, rail or major infrastructure delivery highly regarded.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities and stakeholder relationships.
