Roving Compliance Trainer

About the role

CSI Mining Services is seeking a Roving Compliance Trainer to join the Training team within its haulage operations. The role works on a rolling 8:6 roster and may be based at a MinRes site or client location, offering a dynamic environment where no two days are the same.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, deliver and assess haulage compliance training for MinRes employees and contractors.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections of haulage operations to ensure compliance with company and legal standards.
• Maintain accurate training records, manuals and compliance documentation.
• Identify and report areas for improvement in training and safety procedures.
• Provide guidance to site supervisors and operators on compliance best practices.
• Stay up‑to‑date with changes in regulations, industry standards and best practice relating to haulage and transport compliance.

Required profile

• Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40116) or equivalent – essential.
• Current MC driver’s licence – essential.
• Demonstrated experience in mine haulage, heavy vehicle operations or transport compliance.
• Current RII tickets for Loader, Grader, Excavator – desirable.
• Rio Tinto & BHP induction – desirable.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
