Warehouse Manager

About the role

Covetrus, a global animal‑health technology leader, is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager for its Perth distribution centre. Reporting to the Supply Chain Director, APAC, you will oversee dispatch, receipt and overall management of goods, ensuring timeliness, accuracy and cost‑effectiveness.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, recruit and develop a large warehouse team, managing performance and engagement.
• Maintain safe work practices, provide training and ensure compliance.
• Design and optimise work processes, resource planning and product flow to meet service level agreements.
• Coordinate cycle counts, stock takes and ensure security of premises, inventory and staff.

Required profile

• Formal qualifications in Warehousing, Logistics or Business (preferred).
• 5+ years senior‑level warehousing experience in a high‑volume environment.
• Background in Pharmaceuticals, FMCG, Animal Health or Medical Devices.
• Knowledge of import and export regulations.

Required skills

• Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Freight Management Systems.
• Proficiency with MS Office and MS Excel.
• Experience with warehouse tracking software such as Dematic, Voice Pick and RF technology.
