Room Attendant - Part-Time

About the role

Sofitel Gold Coast Broadbeach, a five-star hotel with 296 rooms and suites near the Broadbeach coast, is hiring a part-time Room Attendant. You will help shape the guest experience by keeping every room clean, well-presented and ready for arrival.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver impeccable cleanliness and presentation across all guest rooms.
• Prepare rooms precisely: making beds, refreshing amenities, cleaning bathrooms, vacuuming and dusting.
• Maintain housekeeping equipment and amenities with care and efficiency.
• Uphold Sofitel brand standards consistently and professionally.
• Contribute to a warm, welcoming environment that anticipates guest needs.

Required profile

• Previous hotel housekeeping experience, ideally in a luxury or premium environment.
• Commitment to delivering refined, five-star service.
• Strong physical capability and safe manual-handling practice.
• Attention to detail and pride in presentation.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and flexibility to work a rotating roster.
• Excellent time management and a proactive approach to the guest experience.
• Full Australian working rights are required.
