Room Attendant

About the role

The Novotel Brisbane South Bank, located in Brisbane's Cultural Precinct near South Bank Parklands, is hiring a part-time Room Attendant. The role keeps the hotel clean and welcoming for guests by cleaning guest rooms, bathrooms and hallways to a high standard. The hotel has 238 rooms, conferencing facilities and in-house dining.

Key responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms, bathrooms and hallways to a high standard
• Replace towels, toiletries and other room items
• Report lost property or broken items to the supervisor
• Use cleaning tools and chemicals safely and correctly

Required profile

• Able to follow instructions and work independently
• Friendly and respectful to guests and team members
• Physically fit and able to do cleaning tasks
• Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience
• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays when required
