Room Attendant – Housekeeping Position

About the role

As a Room Attendant (Housekeeping Attendant) you will be at the heart of the hotel, ensuring each guest room is clean, comfortable and ready for a memorable stay. You will work in a dynamic hospitality environment, contributing to Accor’s commitment to responsible hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms according to Accor standards.
• Maintain high levels of hygiene and presentation throughout the property.
• Report any maintenance issues or guest requests promptly.
• Manage linen and supply inventories for efficient turnover.
• Adhere to safety and security procedures, including police and vulnerable‑person clearances.

Required profile

• Warm, caring personality with a guest‑focused attitude.
• Previous housekeeping experience is an asset.
• Ability to anticipate guest needs and deliver a professional, welcoming service.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
• Physically fit for a demanding, active role.
• Safe‑minded and able to produce required background clearances.
• Legal right to work in Australia.
