About the role
ACCIONA is seeking a skilled Roller Operator to join its Australian Naval Infrastructure project at Osborne Naval Shipyard in South Australia. You will be part of a team delivering critical bulk earthworks and pavement construction for a future nuclear‑powered submarine construction yard.
Key responsibilities
- Operate rollers on bulk earthworks and pavement construction tasks.
- Complete daily plant pre‑start checks before each shift.
- Follow grading plans and marks set by the surveyor.
- Adhere to all safety procedures and wear required protective gear.
- Report any faults or issues with the machine immediately.
- Maintain a clean and hazard‑free work area.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and follow instructions.
Required profile
- Valid Roller Operations ticket or VOC.
- White Card (General construction induction).
- Experience operating rollers on civil or road projects, preferably on major infrastructure works.
- Current driver licence.
