Rigger for Major Infrastructure Project

About the role
ACCIONA is seeking an experienced Rigger to join the Alkimos Desalination Plant project in Perth. You will be responsible for planning and executing lifts across the site, ensuring safe and efficient movement of plant equipment and materials.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and carry out lifts using cranes, EWPs and other lifting equipment.
- Set slings and rigging gear, direct crane operators, and inspect equipment before each lift.
- Collaborate closely with crane operators, boilermakers and site supervisors to keep lifts on schedule and to specification.
Required profile
- Rigging licence (minimum Intermediate Rigging – CW4); Dogging ticket highly regarded.
- Strong understanding of lifting plans, load calculations and rigging equipment.
- Safety‑first attitude with experience on large infrastructure or industrial projects.
