About the role

Join Marsh's Workers Compensation team in Brisbane as a Return To Work Consultant. This hybrid position requires you to be in the office at least three days a week and offers the chance to support injured workers through their recovery and return‑to‑work journey.

Key responsibilities

• Perform outsourced Return to Work Coordinator functions, managing the return‑to‑work process for injured workers and lodging new claims promptly.
• Develop and maintain tailored return‑to‑work plans that meet employer obligations and best practice standards.
• Liaise with injured workers, employers, insurers and other stakeholders to share updates, gather information and address concerns.
• Review claims to assess progress and recommend actions that support recovery.
• Administer injury‑management software, prepare reports and maintain accurate documentation.

Required profile

• Experience in claims management functions at an insurer or employer.
• Excellent organisational and time‑management skills with a focus on accuracy.
• Proactive approach to managing tasks and identifying opportunities.
• Confidence in decision‑making and evaluating options.
• Willingness to take on additional responsibilities during busy periods.
