Retail Team Leader – Hoxton Park

About the role

Lead the team to create appealing showroom and product displays, manage planograms and maintain high presentation standards for Repco customers.

Key responsibilities

• Enhance showroom and product displays and ensure they meet planogram standards.
• Support inter‑store guidance on merchandise, planograms and store standards.
• Maintain a safe and inclusive environment for teammates and customers.

Required profile

• Prior experience in large‑format retail focusing on displays, planograms and promotions.
• Strong multitasking, prioritisation and emerging leadership abilities.
• Valid driver’s licence (manual preferred) and ability to lift, bend and climb.
• Passion for the automotive industry and Repco products.
