Retail Team Leader – Full Time

About the role

The Retail Team Leader will lead a team to create appealing showroom and product displays, manage planograms and ensure a high‑standard presentation for customers. This role offers an opportunity to develop emerging leadership abilities in a large‑format retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the team in enhancing showroom and product displays.
• Manage planograms and ensure compliance with merchandising standards.
• Maintain a safe and inclusive environment for teammates and customers.
• Assist with occasional deliveries, requiring a valid driver’s licence.

Required profile

• Prior experience in large‑format retail focusing on displays, planograms and promotions.
• Emerging or established leadership abilities with ambition.
• Availability to work Tuesday to Saturday (or as discussed).
• Physical ability to lift, bend and climb.

Required skills

• Multitasking and prioritisation.
• Passion for the automotive industry and Repco products (ideal).
