About the role
The Reject Shop is hiring a full-time Retail Store Manager in Eltham, Victoria. The store is run hands-on and on the floor with a team of 10 to 15 people, covering work, stock, service and standards. The business is expanding into Dollarama Australia and is looking for managers ready to lead it.
Key responsibilities
- Run the store on the floor with a team of 10 to 15 people
- Cover work, stock, service and standards
- Follow the roster: no Sunday hours, every second Saturday off, three days off in a row every second weekend
Required profile
- Experience managing a retail store, service outlet, fast food outlet, pub, chemist or similar
- A hands-on, leading-by-doing style
- No discount variety experience needed; training provided
What we offer
- From $31.11 base hourly rate depending on experience, plus penalty and overtime rates each week
- Bonus and 17.5% leave loading
