About the role

Telstra is hiring Customer Service and Sales Consultants for its retail stores in Melbourne. As a Retail Sales Consultant you delight customers by giving them an excellent in-store experience and helping them identify the products and services they need to improve their telecommunications experience. The role is open to full-time, part-time and casual positions, with store hours varying by location.

• Provide consultative service in a busy environment
