Retail Sales Assistant - Sleep Therapy Clinic, Brisbane

About the role

Resmed is hiring a full-time permanent Retail Sales Assistant for its Brisbane City clinic, located just a 3-minute walk from Roma Street Station. The role supports customers who are starting or continuing their sleep therapy journey, combining customer service, education and hands-on clinical support alongside physicians and healthcare professionals. Rotating rosters with flexible weekend arrangements are offered.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in-store and over the phone
• Conduct basic sleep assessments under clinical guidance
• Fit and recommend CPAP masks and equipment
• Educate customers and families on sleep health and therapy options
• Provide ongoing support and follow-up to keep customers on track
• Manage payments, stock levels and day-to-day clinic operations
• Maintain a professional, organised and welcoming clinic environment

Required profile

• Experience in retail, customer service or a people-focused environment
• Caring, patient and empathetic approach
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills; healthcare experience is welcome but not essential

• Strong communication and active listening
• Ability to build relationships with customers and healthcare professionals
• Organisational skills and attention to detail
