Retail Sales Assistant – Launceston

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Retail Sales Assistant to join our Ghanda store in Launceston. You will be the front‑line representative, delivering the Ghanda experience to every customer who walks through the door.

Key responsibilities

• Provide friendly, knowledgeable service and operate the point‑of‑sale system, including cash handling and till reconciliation.
• Maintain store presentation according to visual merchandising standards and brand guidelines.
• Receive and process stock deliveries, conduct inventory checks and ensure accurate stock levels.

Required profile

• Positive, can‑do attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong alignment with Ghanda’s brand values.
• Flexible availability, including school holidays.
• Reliable personal transport.
• Retail or hospitality experience is a plus but not mandatory.
