Retail Sales Assistant (Hourly) – Joondalup Yokine

About the role

The Retail Sales Assistant will provide exceptional customer service, sales and marketing support for ResMed products and medical supplies. You will interact with customers via phone, email, chat and in‑store, handling enquiries, orders and basic technical assistance.

Key responsibilities

• Process customer orders for medical equipment and supplies, ensuring accurate data entry and timely fulfillment.
• Maintain and update client account records in web‑based tools, tracking deadlines and tasks.
• Document technical and customer‑reported issues in the ticketing system and escalate when necessary.
• Identify sales opportunities during customer interactions and support cross‑functional teams to meet sales goals.
• Provide first‑line technical and clinical assistance, escalating complex cases to specialised teams.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 year of related experience in customer service or retail sales.
• Broad knowledge of routine procedures for handling day‑to‑day situations.
• Ability to follow established procedures with limited discretion.
• Completed vocational training or equivalent experience.
