About the role
The Retail Sales Assistant will provide exceptional customer service, sales and marketing support for ResMed products and medical supplies. The role involves handling enquiries, processing orders, and assisting customers through various communication channels.
Key responsibilities
- Handle customer orders for medical supplies and equipment and maintain client account records.
- Enter data, track deadlines and manage tasks using web‑based tools.
- Document technical and customer‑reported problems in the ticketing system and provide resolutions or escalation.
- Support cross‑functional teams and collaborate with other departments to meet service and sales goals.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of related experience in customer service or sales.
- Broad knowledge of routine procedures for day‑to‑day situations.
- Completed vocational training or equivalent experience.
