Retail Mortgage Broker - Victoria

About the role

Aussie is looking for motivated brokers to join its retail store teams in Victoria. As an Aussie Store Broker you act as a trusted expert in your local community, helping people find, buy and own property. The role sits within Aussie's property hub, which combines home finance, conveyancing, buyer's agents and insurance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage customer enquiries and give expert lending advice
• Support customers through the whole loan journey, from application to settlement
• Use the Aussie property hub to connect customers with products such as buyer's agents and conveyancing
• Build local community relationships and referral partnerships to grow your pipeline

Required profile

• Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking, or willingness to obtain it (the company says it can help)
• Background in sales or customer service roles
• Drive and determination to contribute to the growth of the retail store
• Passion for helping customers achieve their homeownership dreams
• Unrestricted Australian working rights
