About the role

Join Aussie’s retail store network as a Mortgage Broker, helping customers in NSW navigate the home‑loan journey from search to settlement and beyond.

Key responsibilities

• Manage walk‑ins, online leads and in‑store appointments with high‑intent customers.
• Contribute to local marketing initiatives and community engagement.
• Guide customers through the entire home‑loan process, from application to settlement.
• Submit deals to the in‑house processing team, reducing admin workload.
• Leverage the broader Aussie ecosystem to earn referral income from buyer’s agents and conveyancing services.

Required profile

• Cert IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking (or willingness to obtain before start, with support).
• Background in sales or customer‑service roles.
• Drive to grow the retail store’s performance.
• Passion for helping customers achieve home‑ownership.
• Unrestricted Australian working rights.
