Retail Marketing Manager

About the role

Drive the marketing behind some of WA’s leading truck brands! Truck Centre WA (TCWA) is looking for an experienced and commercially focused Retail Marketing Manager to lead marketing across our retail network. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll turn business and brand priorities into targeted marketing campaigns that drive truck sales, stock movement, parts and service growth, customer engagement and dealership reputation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute retail marketing plans aligned with commercial objectives.
• Deliver integrated campaigns across digital, social, paid media, content, events and traditional channels.
• Manage website and social media activity and targeted customer campaigns.
• Coordinate agencies, suppliers and marketing partners.
• Manage marketing projects, budgets and campaign performance.
• Support the retail representation of Volvo Trucks, Mack Trucks, UD Trucks and Used Trucks.
• Identify new opportunities and bring creative marketing solutions to life.

Required profile

• Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business or a related field.
• Proven experience in a similar marketing role, ideally B2B, retail, automotive or heavy vehicle.
• Strong digital and integrated marketing capability.
• Excellent project management, communication and stakeholder skills.
• Commercial mindset with experience managing budgets and measuring results.
• Ability to work autonomously, take initiative and deliver projects from concept to completion.
• Creative problem‑solving skills and a collaborative, service‑focused approach.
