Retail Leadership Graduate Program NT

About the role

The Retail Leadership Graduate Program NT is an 18-month programme with Reece designed to build the skills needed to start a career in retail management. It is open to applicants across Australia and New Zealand, with a start date of February 2027. The programme aims to help participants learn how to run a retail branch as if it were their own, preparing them to become Assistant Branch Managers.

Key responsibilities

• Provide advice on products and services such as plumbing, sustainable clean water, energy efficiency, HVAC, sanitation, bathroom, kitchen, irrigation, pools, civil, design and building products.
• Take part in rotations around selected specialty business units.
• Work through a structured development journey covering all aspects of running a branch.

Required profile

• No industry experience expected; retail or customer service experience is an advantage.
• Growth mindset, with a love of learning and continuous improvement.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to use emotional intelligence to build strong relationships.
• Ability to prioritise competing tasks and keep the customer first.
• Proven ability to identify and solve problems with good judgement.
