Retail Growth & Performance Coordinator

About the role

Bailey Nelson is seeking a hands‑on, commercially minded Retail Growth & Performance Coordinator to drive market impact across ANZ. The role will build brand presence at a grassroots level, lead community engagement initiatives, support new store openings and develop partnerships that fuel long‑term retail growth.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage a structured 6‑month pre‑opening marketing plan and a 12‑month post‑opening growth support plan for new stores.
• Develop and execute Local Area Marketing (LAM) plans, identify local marketing opportunities and monitor competitor activity.
• Support community‑based brand activations, secure local partnerships and coordinate market‑seeding initiatives.
• Collaborate with store managers, regional managers and support office marketing teams to leverage brand assets, budgets and advertising opportunities.
• Ensure consistent brand execution, manage timelines, budgets and activation logistics, and track performance of initiatives.
