Retail Furniture Sales Consultant

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Consultant to join Plush’s Kotara showroom. You will be the face of the brand, helping customers find the perfect sofa and delivering a memorable buying experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and product knowledge to guide customers through the purchase journey.
• Achieve daily and weekly sales targets by applying effective selling techniques, including room solutions and add‑on sales.
• Accurately complete sales orders and internal documentation to ensure timely processing.
• Maintain showroom standards in collaboration with the Showroom Manager, covering visual merchandising and price accuracy.

Required profile

• Previous sales experience, preferably in furniture, luxury goods, jewellery, cars or similar high‑value items.
• Positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills and a team‑oriented mindset.
• Willingness to receive feedback, learn quickly and adapt in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent organisational abilities and capacity to handle multiple tasks.
