About the role

Telstra is recruiting Retail Customer Service & Sales Consultants for its retail stores across Victoria, including Melbourne Discovery, Melbourne Emporium, Box Hill, Camberwell, Chirnside Park, Eastland, Knox, Airport West, Altona Gate, Broadmeadows, Caroline Springs, Highpoint, Melton, Point Cook, Port Melbourne, Watergardens, Werribee, Brunswick, Craigieburn, Doncaster, Epping, Greensborough, Plenty Valley and Northland. The role is about delighting customers through an excellent in-store experience and helping them find the products and services that improve their telecommunications experience.

Key responsibilities

• Help customers find the right products and services to suit their needs.
• Stay up to date with the latest gadgets and services and give informed advice.
• Use consultative selling to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Work closely with the team to create a welcoming environment and support store goals.

Required profile

• Natural communicator who enjoys connecting with people and solving problems for each customer.
• Motivated to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
• Eager to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
• Resilient and positive, even when busy.
• Previous customer-facing experience is a plus but not required.
