Results & Quality Manager – Occupational Health RN (East Coast)

About the role

Jem Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse with occupational health expertise to lead its East Coast Results Management team. Based at the Springhill clinic, you will oversee the end‑to‑end clinical results process, ensuring accuracy, quality and timely delivery while supporting a high‑performing team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the Results Management team to meet quality, accuracy and turnaround‑time KPIs.
• Review, quality assure and deliver occupational health assessment results.
• Coordinate doctor reviews, pathology and radiology follow‑up, and manage quality control processes.
• Ensure compliance with clinical governance, privacy legislation and Jem Health procedures.
• Coach, mentor and manage performance of team members.
• Liaise with medical practitioners, occupational health assessors and clients on complex clinical matters.
• Monitor operational performance and drive efficiency and client satisfaction improvements.

Required profile

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Demonstrated experience in occupational health.
• Proven leadership experience building and motivating high‑performing teams.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Current Australian driver’s licence and full working rights.
