About the role
The Agostino Group is seeking a full‑time Restaurant Manager to lead and develop the team at its Subway restaurant in Stirling. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will independently coordinate daily operations while driving guest satisfaction and team performance.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver excellent service to ensure high levels of guest satisfaction.
- Recruit, induct, train and manage a high‑performing team.
- Ensure compliance with work health and safety regulations, food safety requirements and Subway brand standards.
- Monitor inventory levels, perform stock takes and manage cash flow.
- Undertake administration duties such as managing budgets, invoicing and other organisational compliance.
- Work some weekends and public holidays as required by the industry.
Required profile
- Mature‑minded, energetic professional with a strong ‘Guest First’ mindset.
- Natural leader who can think on their feet and deliver within set time frames.
- Willingness to provide a current National Police Clearance.
