Restaurant General Manager

About the role

Betty's Burgers is launching a new drive‑through operation and seeks an experienced hospitality professional to lead the restaurant. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be the face of the venue and drive both front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the opening and establishment of a new drive‑through service.
• Achieve restaurant financial targets, control purchasing costs and inventory.
• Implement marketing strategies to attract new customers.
• Maintain operational standards through policies, SOPs and corrective actions.
• Ensure seamless service across dine‑in, takeaway, delivery and drive‑through.
• Recruit, onboard, train, roster, coach and motivate team members.

Required profile

• Proven leadership in high‑volume QSR or hospitality environments.
• Experience in fast‑paced, drive‑through settings.
• Strong business acumen with a focus on labour and inventory control.
• Excellent administration, communication and time‑management skills.
• Ability to work flexible rotating roster, including early mornings, late nights and weekends.
